We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us, so if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an item that is unworn, still has its tags intact and in a resalable condition to us for Return, within 30 days of it being dispatched to you.
Holiday Returns (1 November to 31st December) Extended holiday return period is offered till 31st January if ordered between 1st November to 31st December.
To arrange a return, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why.
You will need to pack the item securely and complete the paperwork received with your order stating the reason why the item is being return and/or instruction for any exchange.It may also be appropriate to include a cover-note stating the following:
- Your Order ID
- Name, Address and contact details
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
